Individual sessions for clients on the climbing wall with choice of instructor

Programme - individual, which will only be available for 1 session.

Example: The instructor is available at the climbing wall on Saturdays from 10am-4pm and can take new clients every 60 minutes. What is the procedure for creating such an offer? Is it possible to set up cash/card payment on the spot?
