How to clear your cache
If Zooza looks outdated, shows the wrong layout, or behaves unexpectedly after an update, your browser is most likely showing a cached (saved) version of the page. Here is how to fix it.
Step 1 — Hard reload (fastest, try this first)
A hard reload forces your browser to re-fetch the page from the server, ignoring the saved cache. You do not need to open any settings.
Click anywhere on the Zooza page, then press:
| System | Shortcut |
|---|---|
| Windows / Linux | Ctrl + Shift + R |
| Mac | Cmd + Shift + R |
This solves the problem in most cases.
Step 2 — Open a private window (if hard reload didn’t help)
A private (incognito) window starts with a completely empty cache and no saved data.
| Browser | Open private window |
|---|---|
| Chrome / Edge | Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) · Cmd + Shift + N (Mac) |
| Firefox | Ctrl + Shift + P (Windows) · Cmd + Shift + P (Mac) |
| Safari | Cmd + Shift + N (Mac) |
Open Zooza in the private window. If it looks correct there, the issue is your browser cache.
Step 3 — Clear cache in browser settings (full reset)
If neither option above works, clear the browser cache fully.
Google Chrome
- Open the menu (⋮ top right) → More tools → Clear browsing data.
- Set time range to All time.
- Check Cached images and files. Uncheck everything else.
- Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge
- Open the menu (⋯ top right) → Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Check Cached images and files and click Clear now.
Safari (Mac)
- In the menu bar, go to Develop → Empty Caches. (If you don’t see Develop: Safari → Settings → Advanced → tick "Show features for web developers".)
Firefox
- Open the menu (☰ top right) → Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Check Cached Web Content and click Clear.
On mobile
Chrome (Android or iOS)
- Tap the menu (⋮ or ⋯) → History → Clear browsing data.
- Choose Cached images and files and tap Clear data.
Safari (iPhone / iPad)
- Go to Settings (phone settings, not Safari) → Apps → Safari.
- Tap Clear History and Website Data.
After clearing your cache, reload the Zooza page. If the issue continues, contact support.
